Subject of the Agreement The subject of this agreement is the sale of ceramic products sold by the Seller to the Buyer through the website (“https://www.onatceramic.com/”), and the determination of payment and delivery terms. 3. General Provisions The Buyer accepts all provisions and payment obligations specified in the agreement concluded between the Seller and the Seller by electronically approving this Agreement. The Buyer declares that it has reviewed the Seller's contact information and order and payment details completely. 4. Delivery Terms Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days. This period may change in extraordinary circumstances. Delivery will be made through the Seller's contracted cargo company or by hand delivery. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check that the products have arrived undamaged during delivery. 5. Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days in distance sales without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send the notice of withdrawal to the Seller in writing or via permanent data storage. The product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be in its original box, complete and undamaged. 6. Return Terms Returns will not be accepted in case of problems (broken, damaged, etc.) arising from the Buyer's personal errors. For valid refund requests, the Seller will refund the payment within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned product. 7. Dispute Resolution Çanakkale Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes.
